About the Chapter
The Long Island Council of the Blind strives to support Long Islanders who are blind and their allies by advocacy, information, peer support and education regarding blindness and visual impairment.
LICB meets the third Saturday of the month from January through June and from September to November. We are currently meeting via Zoom. Please email or call our president at 516-661-1875 for further information about how to join our meetings.
Dues in LICB are $15 for nonworking members and $30 for working members. As a member of LICB, you will also become a member of the American Council of the Blind of New York, Inc. and the American Council of the Blind.
