Dear Sponsor/Exhibitor:
We are excited to once again gather in person for the 2021 convention of the American Council of the Blind of New York (ACBNY). And you are cordially invited to sponsor and/or exhibit with us. This year, the convention dates are October 15 through 17, 2021. Our location is the Buffalo Airport Hotel, 4600 Genesee St., Cheektowaga, NY, 14225, 716-634-6969.
Room rates are $119.00 per night for a single or double. This room rate is available from October 13-17 and must be made as part of your convention registration. Please see the 2021 ACBNY Convention Registration form at ACBNY.info for more information. A single room list will be submitted to the hotel by the convention committee. If your name does not appear on the list submitted by ACBNY, you will be subject to the market rate plus all appropriate sales and room tax.
- Please note that a credit card will be necessary upon check-in. Your card will be charged by the hotel for any incidentals during your stay. ACBNY will not pay for incidental charges incurred on your room.
Exhibit hours are scheduled for Saturday, October 16 from 9:00 A.M. until
5:00 P.M. Setup for the exhibitors will be available from 7:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.
The cost of an exhibit booth is $100.00 per booth and $50.00 per additional table(s). Please submit your registration form with payment by Friday, Sept. 17, 2021. Each exhibit booth will consist of a rectangular table that is 6 feet in length with two chairs. Please let us know on the registration form if you have any additional needs, e.g. internet connectivity, electrical outlet(s) or additional chairs. There will be an additional charge for internet service and we will inform you of this cost upon receiving your form. ACBNY is offering non-profit groups table top exhibit booths for a reduced first come first served rate of $50. Space is limited so register early.

If you are unable to attend our convention personally, please consider placing an ad in our convention program, or providing us with information on your company to distribute to convention attendees. To place a full-page ad in the convention program or to stuff information in the convention bags, we request a donation of $250.00. For a half-page ad, we request a donation of $150.00, and a $100.00 donation for a one-quarter page ad. Convention ads must be in Microsoft Word or submitted in a photo ready format in black and white. Print size must be 16-point font. If your ad needs to be adjusted for font size when we receive it, you will be notified, and an invoice will be sent for additional costs -as a half page ad may move up to become a ¾ page ad… Please see the enclosed Sponsorship Menu for additional organizational and individual sponsorships. We greatly appreciate any additional support your
organization can provide the convention committee to assist in offsetting the operating cost of the convention. Please see the Sponsorship Menu for information.

Registration and ads must be received no later than Friday September 17, 2021. Ads received after this date may not be placed in the program, but may be submitted in the format of choice and placed into the bag convention participants receive. Material received after this date will be subject to space availability.
