Dear Exhibitor:

You are cordially invited to exhibit at the 2017 convention of the American Council of the Blind of New York (ACBNY).  This year, the convention dates are, October 20-22, 2017.  We are pleased to be at the Utica Radisson, 200 Genesee Street, Utica, NY 13502, 315.797.8010.

Room rates are $99.00 per night for a single, double, triple or quad.  This room rate is available from October 19-22 and must be made as part of your convention registration.  A single room list will be submitted to the hotel by the convention committee.  If your name does not appear on the list submitted by ACBNY, you will be subject to a higher rate by the hotel plus the room and sales tax of 20.5% per night.

* Please note that a credit card will be necessary upon check-in.  Your card will be charged by the hotel for any incidentals during your stay.  ACBNY will not pay for incidental charges incurred on your room.

The cost of an exhibit booth is $100.00 per booth and $50.00 per additional table(s) postmarked prior to Friday September 1, 2017.  Thereafter, an additional $50.00 per each table will be added until exhibit space is filled.  Each exhibit booth will consist of a rectangular table that is 6 feet in length with two chairs.  Please let us know on the registration form if you have any additional needs, e.g. electrical outlet or additional chairs.  If you need internet connectivity please let us know.  There will be an additional charge for internet service-and we will inform you of this cost upon receiving your form.

Please ask to see our Sponsorship Menu for additional methods of reserving your table while supporting ACBNY.

If you are unable to attend our convention personally, please consider placing an ad in our convention program, or provide us with information on your company to distribute to convention attendees.  Convention ads must be in Microsoft Word or submitted in a photo ready format in black and white.  Print size must be 16 points.  If your ad needs to be adjusted for font size when we receive it, you will be notified and an invoice will be sent for additional costs-as a half page ad may move up to being a ¾ page ad…  To place a full-page ad in the convention program, we are requesting a donation of $250.00.  For a half-page ad we request a donation of $150.00, $100.00 donation for a one-quarter page ad and $50.00 for a business card ad.  Please see the enclosed Sponsorship Menu for additional organizational and individual sponsorships.  We greatly appreciate any additional support your organization can provide the convention committee to assist in offsetting the operating cost of the convention.
